These terms cover your use of ezpest-control.com (the “website”). The website is run by Monvic Corporation, doing business as EZ Pest Control & Services (“EZ Pest Control”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Our services

The website gives general information about our pest control services in South Florida. Any work we do, including subscription services, is covered by the written quote or service agreement you receive from us before work starts. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to the work.

Free inspections and quotes

Requesting a free inspection through the website does not create a service agreement. We will contact you to schedule a visit. Recommendations, prices and timelines are given after our technician inspects your property, and are confirmed in writing. The ZIP code checker is a general guide to our service area, not a promise of service.

Website information

We work to keep the website accurate and current, but its content, including our articles, is general information and not advice for your specific property. Pest problems vary from home to home, so please don’t rely on the website instead of an inspection.

Using the website

You agree not to:

• send false information, or information about someone else without their permission;
• use our forms for spam or advertising;
• try to interfere with the website or its security;
• copy our content for commercial use.

Information you send us

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect it.

If you give us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your request and your service, for example to schedule visits, send reminders, or reach you about a payment. You confirm that the number is yours or that you are allowed to use it. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages, or HELP for help. The EZ Pest Control name, logo, text, photos and design belong to us or are used with permission. Some photos are used under Creative Commons licenses and are credited where they appear.
